Making Noodles in the Chimbas Ward (2002)

To make noodles we proceed in the following manner:

1. We use flour, eggs, oil, salt and water.

2. By mixing these ingredients, we obtain a uniform dough.

3. Then we run the dough through the noodle maker.

4. We cut them in pieces to roll them out.

5. We run the pieces several times through the pasta maker to
obtain the desired thickness.

6. Once we obtain the desired thickness, we run the pieces through the other
side of the noodle maker to cut the noodles.

7. After cutting the noodles we hang them to dry.

8. Noodles air drying.
